Uncle Brian and Auntie Amanda gave the kids awesome snorkel sets for Christmas. We took them to the YMCA yesterday so they could try them out. Olivia took to the snorkel right away and seems really comfortable with it. Tony is just too "spastic" to master anything that takes coordination...but he enjoyed walking around like a seal! The Blair, Nebraska YMCA pool isn't exactly Aruba is it? We can dream.....

Maybe we should have a snorkel class for Tony and Erin since she hyperventilated when she was 24.
Keep posting the pictures, we love to see the family! Tony, your sunglasses are the best! Liv, keep practicing the snorkeling, someday you will get to Aruba so you can see all the beautiful fish! Miss you all!

yea! I'm thinking of another family trip to the beach next winter, this time lets have the person who comes up with the idea actually go on the trip!
Sally has to work next winter but I can go to the beach next winter to supervise the group. Dirty job but somebody has to do it. We can then post pictures of the beach etc. on the various blogs for Sally to look at during her coffee breaks at work.
