It's that time of year....kids are making valentine boxes and filling out cards for their classmates. Girls grumble at having to give them to the boys, boys grumble at having to give them to the girls.....memories. At our schools the kids make their boxes at home. You can IMAGINE what some of them come up with. Being the traditionalists that we are, we use what we have around the house and for the most part let them do it themselves. Liv, of course, chose a book this year. She and I composed the cover on the computer and she assembled it using a cereal box. It turned out cute and suits her to a "T"!!!

A can of corn, Tony's is a can of corn. What else? Using an oatmeal container he created "Pink Giant Sweet Corn" for the occasion.

This is my favorite part....how sweet!!!!! 200% creativity and heart.
Happy Valentine's Day to you all!

I love your boxes.....they are fantastic. Brought back memories of when we use to have to make boxes at home. You are such creative kids. Must be in your genes. Like Grandma Sally..she can do anything. Or was it Grandpa Jackie?
