Back to School!

August 13th was the first day of school here in Nebraska. We high-tailed it home the 12th after an amazing long weekend up in MN for Auntie Jojo's wedding...stay tuned for that post later. (hopefully before their 1st anniversary! ha ha)

Although we ALL groaned when the alarm clocks went off Monday morning, we successfully dropped off one high-schooler and a middle-schooler. For the record: Olivia, age 14 is in 9th grade and Tony, age 11 is in 6th grade this year. Big year for both kids!

Alas, here they are Friday afternoon after surviving their first full week of school. They are both tired, but had good a good week. No better way to celebrate than with ICE CREAM!!!!  While the kids are back in the routine, this Monday Chris also is going back to school. He will be starting classes online through his alma-mater, UND, to receive his Electrical Engineering degree. Go Chris!
